Amresh Sharma joined Shell Foundation in November 2023 as Business Development Advisor based in India for our Transporter portfolio.
Amresh is responsible for building partnerships and growing enterprises, institutions and ecosystems that will help under-served people and businesses in India get access to reliable, clean energy sources at scale. He has over 11 years of diverse commercial experience in the mobility, telecom and insurance sector in India with a focus on driving business growth, managing partnerships and contributing to strategic initiatives. Prior to joining SF Amresh worked with Shell India and was responsible for their Automotive Business growth in the north of the country, with insights into complex portfolio management and B2B relationship management. Amresh also has experience in managing P&L, brand visibility and has led teams to achieve significant revenue growth in his career. Amresh’s strength lies in opportunity identification and problem solving to create value.
Amresh has completed his PGDM in Business Management from Xavier Institute Of Management Bhubaneswar, India and holds a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from IP University, Delhi.
