Tanya Kothari is the Head of Portfolio, Micro-entrepreneur at Shell Foundation, where she is responsible for identifying and scaling solutions that enable micro-entrepreneur in Africa and South Asia to earn a sustainable living income.
Previously, Tanya was Shell Foundation’s Regional Manager for India. Over the past five years, she has managed SF’s research and advocacy for the energy and agriculture portfolio, led our gender inclusion programme in India and supported the development of our partners and portfolio across the energy, agriculture and mobility sectors.
Before joining SF, Tanya spent three years working in diverse commercial and technical roles within the Shell Group. She holds an Integrated MTech in Geophysics from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee.
