Tobiloba Fadesere joined Shell Foundation in October 2023 as a Business Development Adviser on the Micro-entrepreneur team, where he focuses on driving initiatives aimed at unlocking growth for microenterprises across west Africa.
Prior to SF, Tobiloba was at All On where he worked with renewable energy companies in delivering impactful growth through strategy, partnerships, and capabilities enhancements. He also served as the Programme Manager of the USADF/All On Off-Grid Challenge, a funding programme that provides blended finance and technical assistance to companies offering innovative and scalable solutions to enhance energy access in rural communities.
Before All On, Tobi worked as a Management Consultant for KPMG, focused on helping governments and leading organisations fast track transformations in the energy, healthcare, and industrial sectors. Prior to this he was with the Coronation Group, a leading Pan-African financial services group where he helped drive strategy, corporate development, investor relations, and partnerships.
Tobi holds a first degree in Sociology from the University of Ibadan and an AAT certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
