Cederic Cremers joined Shell Foundation’s Board of Trustees in August 2025. Cederic is the President, Integrated Gas Shell plc.
Since joining Shell in 2002, Cederic has held a range of finance and commercial roles across Shell’s Upstream, Integrated Gas and Downstream businesses, including Country Chair of Russia, Vice President for Commercial and New Business Development for Asia, Vice President Finance for the Exploration and Commercial business in Upstream Americas and Executive Vice President LNG. In April 2025, he became President, Integrated Gas and joined Shell’s Executive Committee.
Cederic is a people-focused, solution-oriented leader that believes strongly in the power of partnerships. He graduated with a master’s degree in business economics from Erasmus University in The Netherlands. He is married and has three daughters.
