Amrita Sarker joined Shell Foundation in November 2023 as Business Development Director based in India.
Amrita has over 11 years of experience in the capital markets and is a skilled professional in impact and blended finance, committed to mobilising capital towards sustainable development initiatives. She has successfully led fundraising efforts, securing strategic partnerships with government bodies, international organisations, and impact investors and established impact-oriented mandates and fund structures with a focus on development finance. She will lead SF’s work on scaling up Impact Investments, partnerships and blended finance initiatives in India
Amrita has an MBA in Finance from Symbiosis International University.
