
Juliette Keeley joined SF in March 2025 as Chief Impact Officer, overseeing monitoring, evaluation, research, and communications.
She tracks progress against our 10-year impact targets to guide investment decisions, optimise programmes and strengthen partnerships focused on increasing incomes and lowering emissions. She is also a member of SF’s Approvals Committee.
Previously, Juliette led impact strategy at the African Leadership Group as Head of Impact & Institutional Learning in Nairobi, where she built systems to track employment and entrepreneurship outcomes for hundreds of thousands of learners across Africa, in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation. She also held a senior position at Instiglio, a consultancy focused on Results-Based Financing, collaborating with the Millennium Challenge Corporation and the Moroccan government on results-based employment programmes. At MIT’s renowned Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL), she developed partnerships to test and scale poverty alleviation programmes in North America and West Africa.
Juliette holds a Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard JFK School of Government and a Bachelor of Public Policy from the University of Chicago. She was also a Peace Corps volunteer in Guinea.
