Maurice Othulo joined Shell Foundation in February 2020 as Programme Compliance and Assurance Lead
In his role, Maurice is responsible for SF’s compliance in the administration of both the funding received from donors and the grants issued to partners. Before joining SF, Maurice worked for eight years at Marie Stopes International in London overseeing compliance with US Government requirements for their extensive USAID funded portfolio across the world. Prior to that he worked in various development entities in the UK including Save the Children, VSO and Helpage International including a stint in Darfur, setting up the Darfur emergency programme.
Maurice is a qualified accountant (FCCA) and MSc in International Development Management.
