Nora von Wintersdorff joined us in April 2025 as Financial Solutions Associate from AlphaMundi Foundation, where she served as an Investment Associate, playing a key role in overseeing the team’s investment activities, project management, pipeline development, and donor compliance. Prior to this, Nora worked with AlphaMundi Group, where she led the Africa fund’s pipeline screening process and spearheaded the group’s impact management and measurement efforts.
Nora holds an MSc in Business and Development Studies from Copenhagen Business School and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Private Sector Development from Makerere University Business School in Kampala, Uganda. Originally from Germany, Nora has lived and worked across four continents, with a strong focus on emerging markets, and is currently based in Nairobi, Kenya. She is fluent in English, German, and Spanish.
