Rob Bennett joined SF in May 2025 as its first General Counsel, to review and develop SF’s legal function.
As a senior lawyer and General Counsel, Rob has a breadth of experience in main market listed entities, start-ups, family-owned businesses and a leading international law firm, across a range of sectors. He has previously been General Counsel at Oxford Cannabinoid Holdings PLC and was General Counsel and Company Secretary at Bestway Wholesale. In his time at SAB Miller Rob focused on sub-Saharan Africa, in some of SF’s core geographies.
Rob holds an BEng (Hons) in Electronic Engineering & Business from University of York and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from The College of Law, York. He was on the GC Powerlist UK -Legal 500 list in 2021 and 2022 and was a finalist in The Lawyer Awards in 2021.
